The product received is of great quality, but unfortunately the service is very poor if you opt out of using their inflated shipping cost option and wish to use your own courier instead. Just sharing my personal experience and opinion. I had a small order (a few different items). There was a mix up with the collection address (amongst other issues) and then they gave my courier the ropes and loose items just like that. Unpacked, not even in a plastic bag. Luckily my courier is great and packaged the items for me and delivered it without losing anything. Overall dissapointed, because looks like proper packaging and effort only applies when you select their shipping option.
